Congratulations Aaron!
I don't have all the details but Steve said you received a new bundle of joy last week. I wanted to congratulate you! So with that said tomorrow I'll post up the battle report from this weekend, Space Wolves vs. the Tau, in your honor.
Nathaniel James Mevis was born seven weeks early on September 23, weighing only four pounds and eight ounces. Nate is still in the hospital, but is improving everyday. He's close to being able to breath without assistance and has started digesting his food. Nate is already showing his father's defiant attitude by pulling out his feeding tube, his oxygen, and generally squirming his way out nurse approved sleeping positions so he can stretch out. We're hoping he will have a speedy recovery and be home before Halloween.
Thank you for the honor of holding a game in Nate's name, but until 28mm miniatures are no longer a choking hazard, he won't know what "Warhammer 40k" is for a very long time!

LoL! Well I guess we can wait a few years before toy soldiers are a game instead of a teething device.
ReplyDeleteWell he will be in my prayers for a speedy and complete recovery!
